How do I place an order?

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has been processed for shipment, we cannot make changes. However, you can always return items within 30 days of delivery.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer digital gift cards in various denominations ($25, $50, $100, $250). Gift cards are delivered via email and can be used for any products on our site. They never expire and can be combined with promotional codes.

We offer Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Express Shipping (2-3 business days), and Overnight Shipping (1 business day). Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $100. International shipping is available to select countries.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website. You can also view tracking information in your account under "Order History."
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is free for defective items or our errors. For other returns, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account, go to "Order History," select the order you want to return, and click "Return Items." Follow the prompts to select items and reason for return. You'll receive a prepaid return label via email within 24 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you need a different size or color, you can exchange items within 30 days. Start a return and select "Exchange" as the reason. We'll send your replacement item as soon as we receive your return. Exchanges are free for size and color swaps.

How do I find the right size?

Are your products authentic?

Do you restock sold-out items?
Most popular items are restocked regularly. You can sign up for restock notifications on any product page by clicking "Notify Me When Available." We'll send you an email as soon as the item is back in stock. Seasonal items may not be restocked.
What if I receive a defective product?
We're sorry if you received a defective item! Contact us immediately with photos of the defect. We'll send you a replacement at no charge with free expedited shipping, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. You won't need to pay for return shipping.
